Since the closure of my favourite yarn shop I struggled to find anywhere that sold good quality yarn at reasonable prices. One day in May 2023 a eureka moment occurred why don't I become that yarn shop? And Actually Yarn was born. The name is homage to my grandfather who's favourite saying was actually darn at least a few times in every sentence.

We have now added a charity section, you can now purchase a ball for the chosen charity of the month. This is voted for on Facebook and at the end of the month Actually Yarn will take or post the balls to the charity.
